Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for paid services within 30 days of purchase, provided that the service has not been fully utilized. Refunds are processed for technical issues, billing errors, or if you are not satisfied with our service quality.

Free Services

Our basic IQ test and analysis services are provided free of charge. As these services are complimentary, no refunds are applicable for free services. However, we continuously work to improve the quality and accuracy of our free offerings.

Premium Services

For premium services and detailed reports, refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully utilized, customized reports that have been delivered, or services purchased more than 30 days ago. Additionally, refunds are not provided for change of mind after receiving results.
