Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of IQMastery for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials.
Service Description
IQMastery provides IQ testing and cognitive assessment services. Our tests are designed for entertainment and educational purposes. Results should not be considered as professional psychological or medical advice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IQMastery or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IQMastery, even if IQMastery or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
